Contents of Standard Kit: Primer and probe mix (150 reactions), RT specific primer for the reverse transcription step, Copy number standard curve (sufficient for 4 standard curves), RNAse/DNAse free water.

Advanced kit contains: standard kit + Internal extraction control (DNA/RNA) (150 tests), Endogenous ACTB control (150 tests).

All the above kits are marked “for research use only (RUO)”.
