Molecular HLA Typing

BAG offers a wide range of products for molecular genetic typing of the different HLA loci enabling a safe diagnosis of organ donors and recipients as well as of patients with substitution of blood and blood components respectively.

HISTO SPOT SSO

BAG HealthCare GmbH introduced during the 23rd EFl Conference in Ulm (May 2009) their new, fully automated HISTO SPOT SSO system, based on the hybridization of locus specific amplicons to sequence specific oligonucleotides.
The Mr.SPOT processor enables the automation of the complete hybridization assay.

Due to the fast and easy test procedure, HISTO SPOT SSO is suitable for on-call testing as well as high throughput testing.

HISTO TYPE SSP

BAG’s HISTO TYPE SSP test system is based on the PCR technique using sequence specific primers.
